Birthday Pivot Pop-Up

 One of the ladies I play cards with is turning 95, so I wanted to make her something extra special.  I'd never used Lawn Fawn's "Pivot Pop-Up" set before, and was surprised how easy it was.

I used an actual set of miniature playing cards on the outside as well as the inside of the card.  The sentiment on the front is "Happy Birthday" by Avery Elle.  

The inside includes the "Pivot Pop-Up" mechanism, and the sentiment at the top is from "Word Set 17 - Congratulations" by Karen Burniston.

Halloween Shadow Box & Tiny Gift Box Ghosts

I decided to try out Lawn Fawn's "Shadow Box Card" with the "Halloween Add-On."  I don't remember using the shadow box before, but it was pretty easy, and I really like the result.

Then I made some new Tiny Gift Boxes with the Ghost Add-On.

 

Hello Baby

My little great grand niece had her first birthday.  I used Lawn Fawn's "Giant Outline Hello Baby" die for this cute card.

 

Flippy Flappy Birthday

Since I knew I was giving my nephew some cash for his birthday, I decided to try making a birthday card using Lawn Fawn's "Flippy Flappy" interactive die.  The sentiment on the front is also from Lawn Fawn,  "Giant Happy Birthday To You."  The mechanism was a little tricky, but I got it to work.

 

Pop-Up Bee Platform Box

 At first I wasn't going to get the Pop-Up Bee by Lawn Fawn, but then I saw it inserted into the Platform Pop-Up and decided I had to get it!  All products used are from Lawn Fawn, including the patterned paper.  The little stamped bee and its "trail" are from "You're a Keeper," and the sentiment is from "High Five."

I've made and given out five of these so far, and everyone was impressed with them.

Pig Boxes

 I decided to make a box that didn't exist as a set yet, so I made little pink pigs.  The face and snout came from Lawn Fawn's "Tiny Gift Box Unicorn and Horse Add-On" set, and the little curly tail was from the "Stitched Pumpkin Frame" set.

Giraffe Tiny Gift Box

 I met a neighbor recently and showed her one of my tiny gift boxes.  She asked if I could make a giraffe for her little grandson.  Of course, there isn't specifically a giraffe box, so I played with what I had and am pretty happy with the result.

The basic box and face are from Lawn Fawn, the face being from the Unicorn/Horse Tiny Gift Box Add-On set.  The tail, spots and long neck come from a knockoff set.

Graduation and Mother's Day Cards

 My niece's younger son graduated from college recently.  For his graduation card, I used his school colors, cutting them out with "Simple Stripes" dies by Lawn Fawn.  The sentiment is "Giant Hooray," also from Lawn Fawn.

I also managed to make Mother's Day cards for my niece and grand niece.  The large die is "Potpourri Dies" from Concord & 9th.

Easter Bunny

 I wanted to send a few Easter cards and remembered this rabbit die that I hadn't yet used.  The die is something I got from Amazon; the wreath is "Funky Wreaths" from Tim Holtz; and the tiny flowers are from Lawn Fawn's "Spring Sprig" set.  The patterned paper is from Lawn Fawn.

Tiny Gift Box Elephant

 I haven't made a Tiny Gift Box since last fall, so I thought it was time.  I used Lawn Fawn's latest Tiny Gift Box Add-On: an elephant!  I tucked a little shamrock under his trunk in honor of St. Patrick's Day.

All Tucked In Boxes

I made some boxes for Valentine's Day using Taylored Expressions "All Tucked In" and "All Tucked In - Valentine Windows" die sets.

They're the perfect size for holding Ghirardelli chocolate squares!

Giant Outlined Love Ya - Two More Ways

 I liked the "Giant Outlined Love Ya" die from Lawn Fawn so much, that I decided to try it in different colors.

I used two bright alcohol ink markers, Vivid Reddish Purple and Cerulean Blue, and blended them together to get a third color.

Then I had to try one more variation with lighter colors, Pale Purple and Turquoise Blue, as well as using a colored background instead of black.

Giant Outlined Love Ya - Two Ways

 I decided to combine my great nephew's birthday and Valentine's Day for his birthday card.

I used alcohol markers to color the background, then cut and inserted them into the openings - like putting a jigsaw puzzle together.  The Love Ya die is from Lawn Fawn.

Then, since I had all the leftover pieces, I decided to make a Valentine for my niece, keeping it all in the family.  For a fun addition, I popped up this image from Your Next Stamp's "Lovestruck" stamp set, then put it on an action wobbler.

Build-a-Snowman

For December, I made a milk carton and put the Build-a-Snowman on the front.  All dies are from Lawn Fawn, as is the patterned paper.
