An Easter Card

I received a new "toy" in the mail today and had to try it out.  It's called MISTI, meaning Most Incredible Stamp Tool Invented.  It's used to align stamps and get perfect inking.  I'd say I had very good results for my first use.

The stamps and coordinating dies are all from Reverse Confetti - "Carton Cuties" and "Beautiful Banners."  There is also "Love Note" from Reverse Confetti and "Stitched Party Banners" by Lawn Fawn.

Card #15 - Another Step-Up

Here is my fifteenth card, done in the style of the birthday card I made earlier today.

March Birthday - Step-Up Card

I needed a birthday card for a friend who has a birthday at the end of the week.  I'm thinking I might copy this style for one of the cards for my sixteen-card project.

This basic card is "Framelits Step-Ups" by Stephanie Barnard for Sizzix.  The banners across the front are "Stitched Party Dies" by My Creative Time.  I don't recall which company made the sentiment dies.

Card #14 - Card in a Box

Here is my fourteenth card.

I made my first card in a box at the end of last year, so I thought it would be fun to have another one to include in this sixteen-card project.  I used an EK Success punch for the butterfly.  The flowers and leaves are "Upsey Daisies" and "Leaf Filled Flourish" by My Favorite Things.

Card #13 - Buster the Dog

Here is my thirteenth card.  Since I had a cat card, I figured I needed a dog card.

This is "Buster the Dog."  The bathtub, duckies, and bubbles are all from "Bathtub Pop Stand," and the decorative edge beneath the bathtub is "Paris Edges."  They are all popped up on a "Lorna Label PopUp" die - all of these are dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs.  The sentiment is a die from Penny Black.

Card #12 - Hibiscus

Here is my twelfth card.  It is basically a copy of a card I made in July 2012.

This uses a Cuttlebug embossing folder, "Scalloped Edge," along with flowers and leaves from the "Hibiscus" die set by My Favorite Things.

Card #11 - 3-D Star Pop-Up

Here is my eleventh card:

This die is the "Star 3-D Pop-Up" by Karen Burniston for Sizzix.  The small star and streamer are also Karen Burniston's from her Party Set #2 for Sizzix.  I actually watched Karen's YouTube video on how to make this Triple Star Card.

Card #9 - Papertrey Scene It

Here is my ninth card:

This card contains some dies I just received from Papertrey Ink: "Scene It: Everyday," "Scene It: Skyscapes Collection,"  "Scene It: Basic Backer," and "Petite Places Church."  These were all mounted on top of My Favorite Things "Open Scallop Doily," and then on top of a fishtail banner.

Card #8 - Iris

Here is my eighth card:

This is another card that I had done previously in July 2013.  The Iris die is from Penny Black, and the frame is Spellbinders' A2 Filigree Delight.

Card #7 - Flourish Medallion

Here is my seventh card:

This was my first time to use the "Flourish Medallion" die by Cricut Cuttlebug.

Card #6 - Fuchsias

Here is my sixth card:

I have done this card before, April 2012, but I used a different background die this time.  The stamped image is "Exotic Fuchsia" by Heartfelt Creations stamped onto Spellbinders' "Label 6."  The background die is Taylored Expressions' "Proud Peacock Cutting Plate."  The middle fuchsia is die cut with a matching die from Heartfelt Creations.

Card #5 - Love 3-D Pop-Up

Here is the fifth card - another die I hadn't used before.

The exterior uses Paperytrey's "Notched Hearts Banner Collection" dies.

On the interior is the "Love 3-D Pop-Up" die by Karen Burniston for Sizzix.  The decorative edge is "Agatha Edges" by Elizabeth Craft Designs, and the banner is "Hearts Banners" from L'il Inker Designs.

I decided to do a birthday card for the fourth card in my sixteen card project.

I used three shades of Distress Ink under the "Happy Birthday Background" die by Poppystamps.

Card #3 - Triple Easel Card

Here's is the third card for my sixteen card challenge.  I'd seen this triple easel card on You Tube as well as Pinterest and wanted to give it a try.

I used the Spellbinders Hearts and Scalloped Hearts to make this card.  The patterned paper is from a Martha Stewart pad of assorted papers.

This is a side view.

Card #2 - Triple Circle Flip-Its

Here's the second of, hopefully, sixteen cards.

This card uses the "Triple Circle Flip-Its" die set by Stephanie Barnard for Sizzix.  The set includes the scalloped edge and pierced edge circular dies.
