Another friend is having a birthday - I thought she'd appreciate these colors and flower combination.
I went back to my well-used "Quatrefoil" and "Celebrations" dies by Papertrey. The sentiment is from Hero Arts "Many Birthday Messages," and cut with My Favorite Things "Fishtail STAX."
On the inside, I again worked with Papertrey's platform pop-up die. I used a Martha Stewart flower punch across the top; another Hero Arts sentiment from the "Many Birthday Messages" set, and cut with My Favorite Things "Fishtail." The layered flower is "Botanical Beauty" from My Favorite Things, and the leaves, "Medium Leafy Flourish," are also from My Favorite Things. The papers are from a Martha Stewart collection.

Pamelas' Birthday Card
No, I didn't misplace my apostrophe - I have two Pamelas having birthdays this month, and this is the card I created for them.
I got inspiration from Flickr (thanks to Lin) and used three different chalk inks on my Hero Arts stamp, "Silhouette Flower." I did add glimmer spray to the image though it doesn't really show up in the photo. I then punched the white layer behind the stamped image with a Martha Stewart punch. It looks like I added light blue pearls to the flower centers, but they're actually light blue gem stones.
The same basic design is on the interior with a sentiment from Hero Arts "Many Birthday Messages."

Wedding Card
Here is a wedding card that a friend requested.
I used a Martha Stewart punch to make two layers of scalloped edges. I typed the sentiment on my computer and cut it with a Spellbinders die.
Sunflower Birthday
A friend asked me to make a birthday card for someone who loves sunflowers. I thought of the design I used for the Hawaiian Birthday card I made on July 14 and just added sunflowers.
Again, I used the "Scalloped Edge" Cuttlebug embossing folder in the background. The leaves are from My Favorite Things "Hibiscus" die set. The flowers themselves are "Plentiful Petals" dies from My Favorite Things - I cut three of each size flower to give them a fuller look.

Change of Paper
Here's a design I used for some birthday cards in February and again at the end of May. A friend asked if I could make a card for a one-year-old's birthday. Since she needed the card soon, I decided to use a design I had done before.
All the basics of the card are the same - just different patterned paper and different, customized sentiments. I wanted to go with something bright and eye-catching and found this squiggle-lined paper in a large Martha Stewart paper pad collection. (The dark blue paper is the flip-side of the squiggle design.) This design was not one of my favorites initially, but I think it's fun for a child's birthday.
